Park Place Apt 3

Pros

Amazing neighborhood Washer/dryer in unit Dishwasher in unit Front yard area Great train access (S,C,2/3,4/5)

Cons

Didn’t have heat for 5 months Pipes in the back room bang loudly during the winter months (very loud, every 20-30min throughout the night) Landlord can be unresponsive Refrigerator leaks and freezes food in the fridge Rooms are not similar in size Not a full size refrigerator, hard if everyone cooks/eats at home

Advice to the owners

Get the pipes fixed, get the heat fixed, be more responsive on these issues

Former tenant·4 months ago

Not bad, except heat problems in the winter

Pros

Modern, updated, safe, great location

Cons

Heat in my apartment wouldn’t turn on in the winter along with very loud radiators that cannot be turned off (even though there was no heat). Management stopped responding about the issue.
