Roaches have infested what would be a beautiful place to live

Pros

Rent Stabalized Close to NQ, not far from R and lots of shops and restaurants Super is responsive and kind, does his best to maintain garbage room in spite of filthy neighbors

Cons

Hoarder neighbors, management refused to do annual inspections. My next door neighbor has roaches, a foul smell coming from his apartment threshold into the hall, plus he throws garbage full of roaches into the common garbage room. He refuses to allow pest control in his place and management has been saying they'll "do something" for two + years.

Advice to the owners

Inspect units annually to identify and treat the source of your building's roach infestation

Cons

Advice to the owners

Update payment system for residents, need work order system
