Good building and management company
Pros
I’ve lived here for several years. Building is prewar and kept in good shape, clean, live-in super is friendly and responsive. Units are big.
Cons
Running too many appliances at once trips the breaker. Renovated units seem to be having theirs upgraded though, so this may not be a problem for you. Occasional mice but management is responsive about sending an exterminator. Pretty typical for NYC, so I hardly count this as a con for the building.
Advice to the owners
Good work. Keep on managing the building well.
