Not the worst but definitely needs improvements

Pros

Building is very close to all shops and train station. Lots of buses as well.

Cons

Fixings are usually just “covered up” and not actually repaired resulting in damages and issues all over again. Small apartments with no closet space. Pest control doesn’t help much with roach infestation. No elevators.

Advice to the owners

Renovations are long overdue for building and apartments.
