The most mice I’ve ever had

Apartment was spacious and location was great
Cons:
Mice everywhere. I caught 8 in one week and there were still 5 running around. Never got a response on pest control from owner/ management. management was either rude or non responsive. Radiator would regularly shoot out a ton of water
Advice to owner:
Be responsive and take care of pest control. This building is disgusting.

Horrible Landlord, no heat

Pros:
Great location in the West Village, beautiful renovated kitchens and bathrooms
Cons:
Rat problem, flea problem, absolutely NO heat and will pretend there is. The landlord is rude and unhelpful and does not respond to any communication.
Advice to owner:
Be a better person
