Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent location connivence
Cons:
The management they are slowly removing one for another. They are wicked and indulge I. Spiritual help to force people out to make them want to move.the maintenance supervisor has cameras in peoples apt and he goes into apts when their not at home.
Advice to owner:
Look into what is alleged there is a lot going on that you are not aware of starting g with who you have managing this place to who you have cleaning this place.

Renters beware
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. Decent sized apartment
Cons:
Constantly had issues with heat and hot water mid winter and the management company was completely unresponsive. The super never showed up when the management company said he would. My apartment shower flooded into the apartment below, the radiators essentially became sprinklers and would leave sitting water all over the floor. I called the management company in tears multiple times throughout the 11 months I lived there and they just didn’t care at all or make any sort of good faith effort to fix things that were essential to safely live in the apartment. But they sure as hell expected their rent on time! We moved out early and forfeited our security deposit because we couldn’t stand living there anymore after coming home one day to one bedroom completely flooded.

Note: I lived here 2013-2014 but the building is still owned by the same company so I am doubtful anything has changed.
Advice to owner:
Remember that the people you rent to are humans who need (and legally are entitled to) necessities like heat and hot water.

-True two bedrooms

-No hot water for days

The building really needs to be renovated, it has so much potential but it is slowly falling into disrepair.
