Confusing place here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Plenty apartments most neighbors & building cleanliness is ok. Parking lot is decent.
Cons:
Owner runs unorganized Management. It takes months for Wavecrest to complete paperwork. Emails & repairs go unanswered for months. Building has a monthly water problem. Neighborhood is full of Crime, Drugs, garbage & very expensive to shop in. Jr Lisandro was killed here. Parking lot entrances are not respected. Food in area is not that great.
Advice to owner:
Organize the staff & the way things are done. Complete repairs properly. Add a porter to the building.
