Loud with thin walls
Pros
In unit washer dryer & appliances are reliable.
Cons
Loud building despite multiple signs in the building to keep conversations out of the hall and multiple complaints to the building manager. The internet is only spectrum and has issues whenever someone moves in. Apartments with the back yard have the only access so you must coordinate with them & building manager.
Advice to the owners
Do something long term about the noise and the internet wiring problems.
