Pros
Affordable rent stabilized apartment, with decent space and location
Cons
Building management is really slow to respond. Building doesn’t alert tenants when safety is compromises. Over the past 3 years of living here there has been multiple situations that were not communicated to residencies. There is a lack of transparency. The building management, also takes months to fix any broken equipment in the gym.

Love the Halo
Pros
Location is amazing with so many subways nearby. Building is clean. Staff is extremely nice. Tons of amenities although we hardly use most of them.
Cons
The laundry rooms always have at least 25% of the machines out of order, if not 50%.
