Great Landlord but dirty neighbors

Pros

Landlord is amazing! Throwing him flowers… he work on our shower on A holiday. The neighbors would open the door for Ups

Cons

Mouse problem. Doesn’t matter how clean it’s many entry ways for the mice to enter then leave right after. I barely cook since I work downtown full time. However it was monthly exterminator visit. It really was the neighboring tenants with dirty apartments. However management was super on top of cleaning and monthly extermination.
