TINY but great starter apartment!
Pros
Nothing fancy, but kept clean and orderly. Tenants for the most part are quiet, young professionals who keep to themselves. The super Tello is fantastic; quick to respond and happy to help. Full size appliances, decent kitchen space, and renovated bathroom in otherwise tiny unit.
Cons
TINY units. My one bedroom lacks a living room - making entertaining impossible. The walk up gets old, but not much can be done about that.

Good owners, well-maintained
Pros
Very responsive and caring owner/management and on-site super. The building is kept in excellent condition.
Cons
Many of the apartments are VERY small, especially the studios. Also, it's at a very busy corner (95/Broadway) so noise is an issue at times.
