Pros

Doormen are cool. It is convenient and close to everything. Nice gym.

Cons

A lot of dust in apartment. Maybe from construction nearby. Not sure why. Good thing windows blocked out most noise.

Condo building with great gym, large apartments and nice staff

Cons

Really not much. Lots of fees to sign a contract and takes a while.
