Horrible Owner and Dirty Building

Location near M Line

The owner is awful, non-responsive, does not clean the building, when repairs are done they aren't done by a professional, cheat tenants on rent (doesn't charge rent stabilzed rents).

Advice to the owners

Don't own a building if you can't afford upkeep and lawful rent increases.
