Best location in manhattan
Pros
The location was everything. The building has all the amenities including dishwasher and laundry. It was a great layout to share with roommates.
Cons
The laundry and elevator were often out of order but the management was mostly responsive in fixing the issues.

Location is great, building management is responsive and the super is very kind and great upkeep.
Cons
Sometimes can get noisy.
