Beware of crumbling building, Loud music at all hours of the day, and pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location and kind neighbors
Cons:
The lack of maintenance is obvious. From leaky sinks, bathrooms, holes in floors, walls, broken tiles in the units. Lack of level floors or windows the lock properly. (pests such as Bees, rats, and cockroaches).

Behind the radiator, massive holes keep coming. Mold is growing from human waste from leaky pipes in the bathroom even after several requests for service.

on the main stairway, often drunk neighbors will fall blackout usually during the day at the base of the stairs, forcing you to get creative. It is also super dark and dirty (never cleaned in 2 years).

Building Front door doesn't lock, neither does the mailbox.

Constant loud music for 3+ hours heard from every floor
Advice to owner:
If the building was maintained, cleaned, and had level floors this place would be great. Landlord is kind and responsive.

My first slumlord experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, exposed brick walls
Cons:
Owner stole security deposit, allowed us to go days without electricity due to illegally placed fusebox
Advice to owner:
Fuse boxes should not be behind drywall
