Reviews

Former tenant·5 months ago

Paying too much for too little

Pros

Had a living room separate from the kitchen!

Cons

Water would actually burn you. Like, genuinely very dangerous. If anyone in the building (large building btw, like 28 or something) flushed water you would get burned. It’s really unpleasant and an actual huge dealbreaker. Rats in the walls. Heat is unbearable in the winter. I lived on the fourth floor, and the temperature would get upwards of 85° due to the heating. Exposed pipes get incredibllyyyyy hot, and very dangerous for pets and children.

Advice to the owners

Fix your heat and water , you will absolutely land yourself a lawsuit (that is, if anyone can afford a lawyer after the ridiculous rent)

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

No gas while there

Pros

Location was good

Cons

Didn’t have functioning gas while there so couldn’t use kitchen. It was due to pipes not meeting regulation so they were replacing them all

Advice to the owners

Provide more aid when cutting off key part of apartment
