Honestly No Real Complaints — Great for NYC
Pros
good management for NYC; any problems are addressed within a week max very few pest issues have occurred and they have all been addressed fairly quickly all in all a reasonable place to live
Cons
Not many cons; price is a tiny bit high but it's NYC

it’s average. too small, too many walls.
Cons
incredibly tacky patterned vinyl in the staircase and in our kitchen a man has an illegal fire pit on the roof
Advice to the owners
fix the cameras in the lobby
