Great closet space. great size bathroom, dishwasher
Cons:
roaches, dirty hallways, dirty elevators, stink building, criminal history tenants, sex offenders, tennants harrasing tennants and no help from CC Management.

The building is nasty, roaches and dirty. The new super Pedro's doesn't do anything in the building. The old super James was always cleaning and keeping the building clean. The only person you see doing anything ex (garbage or mopping) in the super assistant. I called 311 twice and the case number are 311-16903071 ( called in Anonymous) and 311-17019782 (left my name and appartment). They called me once and didn't call me back. I called them back and found out they closed my case 311-17019782. I am still waiting on Phd for them to call me back and case 311-17019782( called back to add my name and numberto this case number). I have been calling them for 3 weeks. They stated they was coming on Thursday December 28 2023. Still waiting on a update from that visit.
Advice to owner:
He or she doesn't return you call when he knows your number on his work cell or office number
