Reviews

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Horrible landlord and tenants

Pros

There is nothing good about this building.

Cons

It is a illegal building that floods. The light usually turn off and I was without electricity for multiple days. People stole my mail almost everyday and my room was extremely small.

Regular New York building

Pros

I love the neighborhood and things are done quickly

Cons

People in this building are loud as hell for no reason
