Great experience overall
Pros
Great location, and the building itself is that perfect mix of recently renovated without feeling sterile. Landlord was responsive and respectful and overall any issues that arose were addressed in a somewhat timely manner. The realty office is directly below the building so getting in direct contact was very easy. Love the apartment, spacious, so much storage, honestly sad to leave
Cons
Minor pest issue that was dealt with after a few pestering emails. Heat is generally good, but can be cold during the coldest months. Sometimes you have to email or call the landlord more than once but generally they were responsive.
Advice to the owners
Honestly, not much advice. All around pleasant experience!
