Manipulative and irresponsible experiences from landlords . They don't fix anything if something is wrong with the water line or anything. The tiles in the walls started coming off one by one after 2 months moving there. The whole house was heaven for cockroaches. No pest control whatever. They'll turn off the heat around 5 am as they leave for work not thinking there's other people living there. And the worst part was this house is haunted. I've seen a bald dude outside couple times sitting on the stairs , when I'd peep outta the window from my living room. But once I ran outside thinking it was thief it was gone.
Advice to the owners
Don't invade tenant's apartments when they're not home . And learn the definition of privacy.
