Decent for the price
Pros
Great location, Lighting options within the apartment; the super is super responsive and helpful; laundry machines got repaired promptly when they broe
Cons
Building cleanliness could be improved (like in the main stairwell, laundry room, etc.); management is sometimes prompt but sometimes very hard to reach & the phone number takes you to a third party call center where they can't do much if management isn't available to take the call

Good management clean, close to the trains
Cons
The block is bad, the radiators closing, trash is always out
Advice to the owners
Get new radiators
