My worst rental experience after living in NYC for 20 years

It’s kinda convenient. Right above the downtown entrance to the Union stop on the R.
Cons
The management company/guy is absolutely non-responsive. When I moved in, I wasn’t given a key to the mailbox. After emailing and calling with no response, I had to call a handy person to come and drill a hole in the lock to the mailbox in order to access my mail. Also had a window that fell out of the track, couldn’t get it back in, called the landlord, no response, so had to pay a window repair person to put it back in place.
