Nice little walkup on a great block

Classic walkup, sturdy steps, good amount of windows
Cons
There is a whistling sound in the winter coming from the roof. The heating isn't great, and it's an old walkup in general.

For the price it’s amazing
Pros
The price and management is responsive but also understanding.
Cons
Heat. We didn’t have heat the first year and complained but they didn’t do anything about it until towards the end of our second year

Nothing, good job. I love being here
