Worst landlady imaginable

Cons
Word limit too low to communicate how insane the landlady is. She chased out two of my roommates before chasing me out too and from asking around she has a reputation for harassing tenants and neighbors alike. Her insanity culminated in her screaming at me and my roommate at 11:30pm, entering the unit against our wishes, and threatening to physically destroy an air conditioner unit. You can expect no privacy; she monitors the building with security cameras and has commented about the time I’ve come home at night and the overnight guests I’ve had. Several times I’ve discovered her picking through my garbage. She does not recognize any boundaries and called me insane for asserting my basic rights to privacy as a tenant. Hopefully you discover these reviews before renting (I wish I had myself!) and stay far, far away. It’s really a shame, because it’s such a lovely apartment—I was willing to put up with a lot to stay there, but it’s too much for anyone to handle.

This is a cursed property that you should avoid at all costs. Let this be a warning! Anyone that gives this property a good review is aligned with the LL and part of their web of lies and deceit. Those closest to the LL should break the cycle of hurt and suffering caused by the LL that is a result of some type of trauma. It is a sad situation and best not to get involved.
