This is a cursed property that you should avoid at all costs. Let this be a warning! Anyone that gives this property a good review is aligned with the LL and part of their web of lies and deceit. Those closest to the LL should break the cycle of hurt and suffering caused by the LL that is a result of some type of trauma. It is a sad situation and best not to get involved.

LL should promptly seek professional mental health support.

Judging by these other reviews I’m not alone in my experience
Cons
Landlady’s cats pee and poop in the hallway and on the stairs regularly and she ignores it. LL herself is overbearing and paranoid, constantly accused us if things we never did. We did not get back our security deposit back, instead she produced false documents about imagined damages and even requested we give her more money after we had moved out . Can’t overstate the amount of stress she causes people (our guests included along with multiple repairmen and anyone else she meets).
