Reviews

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Review of 168 east 82

Pros

Unit is clean / recently renovated. Roof top is great.

Cons

Previous management was terrible. New management is fine

Advice to the owners

N/a

Former tenant·Over 4 years ago

Good building, awful management

Pros

Well renovated interior with decent sized living spaces, great finished rooftop

Cons

Terrible responsiveness in various issues with the unit - heating issues, washer/dryer problems, ceiling bulb replacements, rat problems outside of building, etc. Units in the back are not quiet spring-fall due to the Toloache outdoor seating in the back.

Advice to the owners

Change property management to one that responds to queries within a reasonable timeframe. Fix issues that pose true hazard to tenants in a timely matter, including the apartment front door locking issue. Provide more garbage bins in front of unit for tenants to throw our garbage more consistently.
