The Board Cares

Pros:
The board is proactive in remedying the problems in the building. The heat and water is excellent, monthly extermination, and maintaining a clean building inside and out.
Cons:
The board is too lenient with tenants when they do not allow the exterminator in their apartment.
Advice to owner:
The board should fine tenants who do not allow the exterminator in the apt

Terrible bed bug problem

Pros:
Amazing location. Great space and size for the price. Lovely landlord who is trying his best to deal with a complex building situation.
Cons:
This building has a terrible bed bug problem which I don't think can be remedied because some neighbors are unwilling to take care of the infestation properly.

Pros:
Good price for the neighborhood....but I now I know why.
Cons:
Bed bug infestation that landlord refuses to deal with. We had to move out. He lied on the bed bug disclosure form. BEWARE!
