Beautiful Historic Building

Pros

This building is very well maintained and has a community feel. The common spaces are very clean. The staff is super friendly.

Cons

There seems to be a lot of infighting on the board of the building. But if you're a renter this doesn't really affect you.

Would be a great building with better management

Pros

Great location, very few maintenance related issues. 99% of the in-building staff are great.

Cons

I had very few complaints about this building outside of one terrible concierge (truly awful, shouldn’t still work there) and a really bad management company. Unfortunately, those two things made it almost unbearable towards the end of my time there.

Advice to the owners

Force out the long term board of directors and replace AKAM
