Meh... It's Something
Former Tenant
Pros:
The heat worked great, and the unit was quite affordable compared to the rest of Brooklyn.
Cons:
Roaches GALORE!

The trash chutes used to get clogged up so tenants would sometimes leave trash bags at the door of the shoot.

It is kept up mostly and no one bothers me
Cons:
A bit getto and in a bad area. Not the most safest spot to live in
Advice to owner:

this housing complex is not all that it is cracked up to be
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are spacious
Cons:
I do not like that it takes long to contact management , The laundry room needs more machines ( there are 6 working machines and 4 dryers there are 17 floors in the building with about 8 Apartments on each floor , you do the math an see if that makes sense )
Advice to owner:
The Property owner needs to do their job more sufficiently it appears that she does not and I have been hearing the same thing from numerous tenants since the day that I have moved in . If you don't want to do your job, step aside and let someone do it that wants to work.

Pros:
I love how the buildings are kept clean. Everyone take action and brings a sense of community.
Cons:
No access to corner stores or other good stores without a travel.

Above average housing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Grounds crew maintains the property very well.
Sidewalk and lawns are frequently tended too.
Safety is above average
Access to laundry facilities has improved
Cons:
Communication is abysmal
Construction is out of control
Constant construction has increased pest concerns
Advice to owner:
Increase communication regarding loud work being done in an around buildings.
Increase pest control in sub level areas.

A place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
There’s laundry in the building.
Cons:
Had various pests throughout the years— from mice to flying ants coming out of the shower head. The pest control seems adequate, it’s just that we had various pests. That was about 5 years ago. Not sure if it’s changed. Every neighbor is different. Building is relatively clean.

Spring Creek Towers
Former Tenant
Pros:
Safe area, plenty of land to walk around and enjoy a day out, good/shopping centers all around
Cons:
Pest control could use some tweaking as well as owner responsiveness. Heat/ac are useless at times and often gets turned on late for the corresponding season
