Advice to the owners

Decent building to live in

Pros

Have rented in almost all boroughs, this is where I’ve lived the longest. Happy here. The issues are tolerable. Great super! She is responsive and caring. I feel safe here with her. Neighbors are overall friendly and family oriented. You can modify your apartment to what works for you, especially if you’re a long time renter and pay your rent responsibly.

Cons

Paper thin walls. Apartment gets super hot, and pipes are loud and old. Small roaches throughout building, but not in all apartments just some lines. Elevator sucks and is super slow. Laundry area needs an update and additional machines.
