Some pros, some cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated apartment, dishwasher, super who lived nearby. Landlord worked with me when I needed extra time to pay rent due to job loss.
Cons:
Mailbox was broken for months (due to vandalism). Had to pick up mail at the post office a few blocks away. Super was not very responsive to problems, including problematic neighbor. Garbage room was small and struggled with pest control.

Nice co-op that needs new management

Pros:
Love the pre-war building, with exposed brick. Most of the residents are friendly.
Cons:
The management company is terrible. They ignore infrastructure issues; treat the Board like their staff, and have made .financial errors.
