Attentive and Responsive Management
Pros
In building super and management very attentive Thick walls very rarely hear neighbors
Cons
Theater can get loud Building next door invites array of characters around building

Great building to live in!
Pros
Even though it’s in midtown it’s not too bad noise wise. Super was very responsive and helped quickly. Really great location to things to do.
Cons
Stairs were really steep, only one garbage can at the curb. Trash wasn’t collected often.
