The area is depressing because of all the drug activity

The level of noise from the neighbors and the drug dealers in the building

Cons:
Since New management Co. Lemme & Wolfe assigned, many repairs go unresolved. New building staff has been hired and they are all of the same race. Dont really care if the building is clean. Roaches EVERYWHERE. New super is racist.
Advice to owner:
Go back to using Foxy management
