Good except Mice

Pros:
Great location, two units per floor so not overly noisy, spacious living spaces.
Cons:
Mice and cockroaches.
Advice to owner:
Redo the walls because setting traps is not a long term fix.

Relaxed building/management, Super is responsive, Neighbors are friendly

Units have had mice, Management doesn't clean the lobby or the main stairwell
