IMPROPER INTERNET INFRASTRUCTURE

Cons
This building does not have the correct internet infrastructure; only Spectrum is available and the coax to the building is too small. All the modems are in a maintenance closet and split off this cable, and ethernet instead of coax is run through the walls to the apartments (which is very atypical) The result of this is that the line is very noisy, and if you are trying to use Spectrum wifi or ethernet, you will experience frequent disconnections and packet loss. Some residents report good results using T-Mobile 5G home internet at this location.
