Neighbors were nice
Cons
Building had a SERIOUS bedbug problem. Kitchen range was not working and landlord made consistent promises to fix/replace but never did. Electrical was not to code. Entry smelled like pee. No buzzer to receive packages or admit visitors.

Great neighbors in the building.
Cons
Terrible landlord, we had no electricity when we moved in and a gas leak they wouldn’t fix so we had no stove the entire time. Then we got bed bugs. We got out of there so quick.
Advice to the owners
Address issues promptly. Don’t mislead people.
