Great building meets basics

Pros:
Doormen are nice, the location is near seaport, there were mice issues bc underneath the subway.
Cons:
Mice- landlord patched up several times and they would still come through
Advice to owner:
Fix mice issue

Pros:
Building staff is great and very clean interiors. The rooftop is nice and good amenities for no fee!
Cons:
- management was often hard to get a hold of for things like move in fees - most people are owners in the building so some of them are a bit entitled
