Yeah... Don't Do It.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location location location
Cons:
The people in charge of this building actively do not care about the space or its tenants. And I mean actively.
Advice to owner:
Do better.

Avoid at All Costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the area, the proximity to the train, and the neighbors
Cons:
The company in charge of this building has absolutely no want to help the tenants here. They use the cheapest materials they can find, and do the least amount of work possible. They like to put Band-Aids on serious problems. They simply do not care about their tenants on any level.

The building is under an LLC for protection for the actual owners, but do everything you can to stay away from not only this building, but all buildings owned by JWasser and Co. They are only interested in money collection.

If you ever have any issues with J Wasser and Co, immediately put your money aside, stop paying rent and be prepared to take them to housing court. Keep records of everything and get legal advice. These people are not good people and do not want you to do well.
Advice to owner:
sell to someone who actually cares about their tenants
