dirty halls and staircase

quiet building. land lady frequents space often

building halls and staircase never cleaned. full of dust and remnants on carpet. also, when they are renovating apts, they let all the renovation dust/debris get around - they don't seal the spaces at all. looks like they converted multiple rent stabilized appts studios to 2 bed rooms. impossible to keep rent stabilized since they combined apts.

The steam pipes are extremely loud due to infrastructural issues to the point of not being able to sleep through the entire winter. And the building owners are still raising my rent by almost 10%. I’m moving out despite all the good things.
