a little far from the subway, but there are three citi bike stations within a one block radius

Location and crystal night front desk person is wonderful
Cons
Building is not kept up, management has terrible response time, security is non existent. Maintenance repairs take months if at all.
Advice to the owners
Treat your tenants as you would want to be treated.
