Fine with some hiccups
Pros
- free amenities (gym, indoor common area, rooftop) - good price - friendly and response building staff - solid location
Cons
we had a minor cockroach issue and our apartment in general did not seem sturdy. our bathroom towel rail would often fall and some drawers in the kitchen broke. the walls were quite thin and we had loud and irresponsive neighbors. there were often loud noises at night (ambulances).

Would be perfect without the roaches

Good amenities, super is awesome, great location, apartments are huge considering the location and rent
