Coop Building is nice and clean!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and well kept. Extensive Coop board. Repairs on time. Outdoor space and parking for rent.
Cons:
Neighbors aren’t always as friendly or talkative as I’d like but I’m from the mid west. So maybe that’s why.
Advice to owner:
None. It’s a great building.
