Great Place to Live and Super Close to Transit!

Huge windows for natural lighting

Decent place to live!

Pros:
The management team is pretty responsive and the area is generally safe. No package issues either! All of our utilities are in great working order and the laundry room is rarely busy. Rooftop is so nice and so is the courtyard.
Cons:
The neighbors on the third and 4th floor are really. Really. Loud. There is a guy on the 2nd floor as well who only listens to things on the highest volume.
Advice to owner:
Enforce the visitor policy! Might be tough but there are some sketchy people that come in and out late at night.
