Fingers crossed they fixed the elevator

Pros

Awesome rooftop views of the Empire State Building & a additional storage unit per each apartment which was pretty big.

Cons

When I lived there, the elevator was consistently breaking or not working. I would have to walk up 8 flights of dirty, cockroach filled stairs every time. One time when they claimed the elevator was working, I got stuck and had to call the fire department to get me out. Also, our apartment unit had issues with cockroaches inside.

Advice to the owners

Properly fix your elevator, if you haven’t done so already, so a serious fatal injury doesn’t occur. Also, fumigate the building and patch up all the holes in the basement!
