Miserable people live here

It’s newer than many other places.
Cons
The people that live here are always in your business and they make rules everyday to make the living here like jail. They hate children and they want them to never play even outside. The management is trash they are so unorganized and always changing people. So many owners already moved out because they don’t want to live with these miserable people that don’t know how to live in a community. Also the street is so loud and they are starting to build 2 new homes on both sides so it’s going to be dusty and loud here for the next couple of months
Advice to the owners
Owner needs to attend to the meeting they have with only 2 people that have no children and life and leave it upto them to make the decision about rest of the 20 units. Owner needs to defend her renter
