Unresponsive and Gaslighting Landlord

Pros

It’s in a very convenient area, allows pets, and has a W/D in the basement.

Cons

The sound proofing is TERRIBLE! You can hear your neighbors merely talking. The landlord is not responsive to issues and will try to get you to fix things yourself or gaslight you into believing there is no issue/it was your fault.
