Really nice apartment

Pros

The unit itself is very nice and has beautiful high ceilings. Only have seen a few roaches in whole time I’ve lived there. Quiet neighbors and thick walls. No packages get stolen.

Cons

Main stairs and hallways or building are kinda run down. Laundry has been spotty if works or not.

Charming UWS Spot

Pros

I absolutely loved living here. I had a street-facing studio on the second floor with awesome light, high ceilings, and trees/tons of greenery just outside the window. The super and owner were very responsive throughout my year there, and though I never really got to know them, the neighbors are always nice when I encountered them in the hall

Cons

Slightly tricky to move on because I found a bunch of problems when I first got the key (kitchen drawers hadn't been cleaned out, hole in the closet floor, lighting issues) but these were sorted out in the first month. Only lost got water once.
