Good building, needs to be cleaned more

Management is better than others I've had Genuinely very good sound control

Cons

Shared spaces are not kept clean by other residents Chipped stairs and messes inside We can't control the heat basically at all, but it does work when it's cold

Advice to the owners

Upgrade the heating system to allow residents to control their own apartments Have building cleaners come much more often
