Non-cooperative landlord and unprofessional brokers

Building is close to NW stop and lots of restaurants.
Cons
Beware that landlords for units are individual owners. The landlord for my unit is highly unhelpful. They started my lease on a day that the building did not even allow for move ins and did not inform me of any building rules. We had agreed on some terms verbally at signing but many of these agreements were rug pulled upon moving in. Some of these verbal agreements were a second copy of keys since we had two people signed on the lease; this was not provided. The building's super will also be less amenable to assisting tenants as you are not renting through the building's management itself. As a tenant here you will basically take on many of the responsibilities of owning but with all of the restrictions that comes with being a renter.
Advice to the owners
The building itself probably should be more involved in the process of renting units to ensure proper transitions and clear agreements. At the moment, it seems like a total gray area in regards to renting here and tenants are like second class citizens.

The gym, the roof, in-unit laundry, elevator, basically everything!!

Nothing! I had a wonderful time living here.
