Gets the job done

Superintendent very responsive

Cons

No amenities, dryer in basement is weak - either have to run twice or go use the laundromat down the street Rooms are pretty small Buzzer doesn’t work which sometimes makes receiving packages annoying

Pros

- quiet building - monthly pest control - fairly secure for packages (at least in my experience)

Cons

- street can be loud - not the cleanest or best-smelling halls/stairway - trash area out front was always a mess
